Participation in the Catholic School Council is an excellent opportunity to become an active participant in your child’s school.  The St. Brother André Catholic School Council has traditionally been very supportive of the students at the school in a variety of ways. A few examples of accomplishments during the 2014-2015 school year include: the purchase of  Chrome Books and Tech. Tubs for the school, the installation of 2 basketball hoops in the Junior yard,  supporting the Blues in the School program for all students, subsidizing the cost of pottery for all primary students, providing transportation to out-of-school activities, organizing pizza days , organizing a Hallowe’en and Valentines Family Dance, two Family Movie nights and a Family Fun Fair. The first meeting of the new school year will take place on Monday, September 28th  at 7:00 pm in the Library. At this meeting, there will be an election to fill vacant positions on the Catholic School Council for the new school year. We encourage all parents to attend.
